Terms of Service

Due to the size of our products we only use recognised courier companies but mainly UPS Ground and FEDEX. All orders are processed as soon payment is received and usually on the same day.

We usually strive to process the order on the same day funds clear usually within hours and a notification is send via any market mean available and to the customers email at the same time.

As soon as our warehouses notify us that the item has been dispatched. We will normally alert of the tracking information so that you can monitor its scheduled arrival online in real time.

As it is a large item, freight companies will usually prefer a telephone number preferably mobile that they can sent alert messages to and sometimes route drivers will call to request a convenient time for your delivery, please ensure that you provide accurate details.
